TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services

AH Photo Options provides photo, video, virtual, 360°, roving booth experiences, and related digital deliverables as outlined in the Client’s confirmed booking.

2. Booking, Payments & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total service cost.

Dates are not held without a deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days after the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Promotional rate: $950 KYD / 3 hours (all packages). Additional time is $175 KYD per hour unless otherwise stated at booking.

Optional add-ons (e.g., prints, roving booth) are billed as stated at booking.

3. Design, Customization & Revisions

Includes one (1) design plus up to two (2) revisions.

Additional revisions: $75 KYD per revision.

Rush custom design requests: $150 KYD (subject to feasibility and turnaround).

4. Client Responsibilities (Event Requirements)

The Client agrees to:

Provide a safe operating environment, appropriate space, and reasonable access for setup and operation.

Ensure supervision of minors and maintain respectful guest conduct.

Accept responsibility for damage caused by guests or misuse of equipment.

AH Photo Options may pause or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe or equipment is at risk.

5. Media Rights, Consent & Intellectual Property

All captured media, booth interfaces, overlays, templates, and branded assets created by AH Photo Options remain the intellectual property of AH Photo Options, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Client and event participants grant AH Photo Options the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free right to use captured media for marketing, promotional, portfolio, and publication purposes, without compensation.

Participants may opt out of communications at any time. Where practicable, the Client should advise attendees that media may be captured and used for promotional purposes.

6. Digital Galleries, Survey/Analytics & Release Rule

Online galleries, survey/analytics reports (where enabled), and virtual booth links are provided for convenience and subject to the activation period defined at booking.

Release Rule: Final gallery access and survey/analytics reporting (if applicable) are released once the final balance is paid in full. AH Photo Options may provide a limited preview link at its discretion.

AH Photo Options is not responsible for unauthorized sharing once access is granted by the Client or participants.

Virtual Photo/Video Booth activation is up to 30 days, with an option to extend.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable in all cases.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may require a rescheduling fee where significant customization or scheduling changes have already been completed.

8. Limitations of Liability

AH Photo Options is not liable for interruptions or limitations caused by venue restrictions, power/internet failures, guest behavior, third-party actions, unauthorized sharing of links, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Minors

For events involving minors aged 17 and under, the Client confirms that appropriate parental or legal guardian consent has been obtained for participation and media usage. AH Photo Options does not assume supervisory responsibility for minors.

10. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. AH Photo Options reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
